One of our goals at KD Roofing is to educate homeowners about their roof, which is why our roof specialists go through a Roof Diagnostic Inspection on your home before giving an estimate.
A Roof Diagnostic Inspection will be both inside and outside of your home. We will look for water leaks, decking deterioration, granular deterioration, shingle problems, dark patches, algae presence, flashing damage, and improper ventilation. And that just nine areas. While we are up on the roof, we’ll even help you clean your gutters.
After the inspection is complete, our roofing specialists can calculate, by a rating-point system, to find out whether it’s time for a new roof or if a repair will make it good as new.
When you decide that a new roof is in order, we will see to it that your project is kept on schedule from tearing off the old roof, installing you new roof system, and through to cleaning up every last nail.
